Colorado Avalanche defenseman Tyson Barrie will be out for 4-6 weeks following a knee-to-knee collision with Minnesota Wild forward Matt Cooke during game 3 of their series. The hit from Cooke resulted in an MCL injury on Barrie.
No action has been taken against Cooke yet but NHL officials are looking into the matter.
