Edmonton goalie BEN SCRIVENS had a 59-save shutout against San Jose last night. That sets an NHL record for the post-expansion era.

Scrivens went from Los Angeles to Edmonton. From warm to cold. From glamour to nowhere. 59 shots? That's like getting riddled by an Uzi.

But the sequence of saves is amazing. Scrivens even stopped ex-Pen Tyler Kennedy three times. I'm surprised TK didn't get more than three shots. I'm surprised he didn't take all 59 shots.
