Young The Giant Announce Virtual Show To Celebrate Debut Album Anniversary

Young The Giant's self-titled debut album turned 10 on Monday (October 26), and to celebrate the band announced it would be playing the album in its entirety live from the studio where it was recorded on November 21.

"It’s hard to believe that it’s been a decade since we released our self-titled debut album," the band wrote on Instagram. "It’s almost surreal thinking back to that time - we were all barely out of high school, chasing our dreams. We’re so excited to revisit our debut album in a special virtual concert from the same studio we recorded the album in as teenagers. We’ll perform the album in its entirety from front to back, something we’ve never done before."

And that's not all. The indie rockers are also commemorating the milestone by repressing a special edition of the LP. "We’re also releasing an anniversary edition of the record remastered for vinyl with previous unreleased recordings, new photos and new packaging," they revealed. "Thank you for supporting us and our creative journey for 10 years."

You can pre-order the anniversary edition of Young The Giant here. Tickets to the virtual concert go on sale Wednesday (October 28) at 12pm ET/9am PT.
