The Cleveland Zoo has sued the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium in federal court, alleging trademark infringement over the "Asian Lantern Festival".
Cleveland Metroparks claims that with the Pittsburgh Zoo also using this event name, this could confuse and mislead visitors.
Cleveland Metroparks would like the Pittsburgh Zoo to stop using the name "Asian Lantern Festival" and would also like payments of fees, damages, and other costs.
