Seth Cooper, Eric Lewis, Patrick Gallagher and Brian Caine make up the alt rock/pop punk band Secret Eyes. You can hear their song, "Forget You," this month on the X off of their most recent album Holding On.
Originally from DuBois, Pennsylvania, Secret Eyes has been together for about 17 years, of which the most recent have been spent signed to InVogue Records based in Ohio.
Formerly Ahimsa Sunrise, the band told The Courier Express their earlier days focused on a heavier sound, but have since centered themselves on producing a more progressive pop punk under the name Secret Eyes since 2014. They have clearly fine-tuned their performances - Holding On released a year after their impressive Warped Tour (2018) set on the Mutant Red Dawn Stage, a stage they shared with Motionless in White, Underoath, The Amity Affliction and more.
Under their former name, the band has also opened for Avenged Sevenfold, Atreyu, and Bless the Fall during Taste of Chaos in 2008.
Their on-stage chemistry is very much a factor in star quality, which we have seen up close during their Studio X Takeover a few years back - but their albums are tight and so well done, a testament to their experience and hard work. The whole outfit works quite well together, but Seth's vocal range is really what sets them apart, mastering intuitive vocal choices in a classic pop punk style. Enjoy Secret Eyes with us through Hometown for the Holidays on the X!
Their music is available for streaming wherever you get your music. They are currently promoting their latest release, "Color and Sound," which you can check out below.
