HARRISON + "HOOVERBALL" = OH. MY. GOD.

It’s called Hooverball because it was invented by the personal physician of Herbert Hoover, our 31st president. It’s volleyball with a six-pound medicine ball, except you catch and throw instead of bump, set and spike.

It’s incredibly demanding physically. Predictably, Steelers LB James Harrison plays it. That helps explain why he can still play in the NFL at 39.

Harrison is a beast. I don’t blame the NFL for drug-testing him all the time. I’d test him every 10 minutes.

But Harrison is all real. Never came back red.
