I love when teams rock alternate uniforms, but things can get dicey if they are too far off of what their usual color scheme is. So many teams rock blacked out uniforms or crazy neon or military pattern jerseys just for the heck of it. But Pitt did a great job in designing these new threads that pay tribute to the Steel working heritage of the city of Pittsburgh. I love the details in the helmet, and the US Steel inspired patch is the perfect details to add to the shoulders. Love it!
