Introducing "DEFY" aka the Taco Bell of the future.
Honestly this place looks awesome....it also looks like a bank but whatever. What I love about this concept is the variety of line types. FAR too often I get stuck in the drive through behind a food delivery driver who's waiting on an order for 6 hungry drunk people and it takes FOREVER.
Going into a fast food restaurant was always my GO TO move whenever the drive-thru was packed. But that is a thing of the past in the post covid world. Kinda sad that you really can't find a fast food place to hit with your friends on the late night anymore, but it is what it is. My point is that having multiple lines for the different order types should make going through this place a breeze. Will more fast food places follow suit? You bet they are looking at Taco Bell's model - they have always been the innovators here anyway right?
