I hate superhero movies. But I’m happy to see Xolo Mariduena of the “Cobra Kai” TV series cast as the lead in DC Comics’ BLUE BEETLE.
Mariduena is a big-time talent, and he’s making history as the first Latino superhero.
“Cobra Kai” is successful because the kids are the stars. Mariduena’s big opportunity should be the first of many for that group. (It actually seems overdue.)
