Deftones have been taking their time preparing new music over the past year.
Moreno said in November that the band completed most of the instrumental tracks for the album last summer, but was not rushing the process of composing vocals. Hopefully, the spring will bring more news of what Deftones has in store.
Gojira has been busy working on the follow-up to 2016's critically-lauded Magma album. Poppy began to explore the metal side of her sound on her latest effort, I Disagree, which arrived last month.
