Kings of Leon gave fans another taste of what to expect on their upcoming album When You See Yourself with the rollicking new single "Echoing" last week, and now they're sharing its official music video.
The clip is simple enough, showing the band perform the song through a gritty, black and white lens.
"Echoing" is the third offering from the new album, following “The Bandit” and “100,000 People.”

Though "Echoing" sounds like a classic Kings of Leon song, the band has been experimenting on the new album.
In a recent interview, frontman Caleb Followill said the band's lead guitarist, Matthew Followill, was into playing a bunch of different instruments including synths. “Matthew really nerded out and found some cool vintage equipment,” he explained. “He was into organs and synthesisers… A lot of the instruments on this album, you could’ve heard on Pink Floyd or Beatles albums. We really dug deep to find the proper equipment.”
It also could be their best work yet, according to drummer Nathan Followill. “It’s my favorite record, for sure and now I’m interested to see what the fans think about it,” he said.
When You See Yourself is slated for a March 5 release and is the band's first album in four years.
