In 1996, on live TV, “Loose Cannon” Brian Pillman unexpectedly grabbed Heenan, who was doing color commentary for World Championship Wrestling's "Clash of the Champions" special on TBS. Bobby, fearful about further damage to his neck, got pissed (NSFW). Heenan walked off the broadcast, but returned.
