As soon as yesterday’s Steelers game ended, linebacker Vince Williams raced to Twitter and posted this:
That’s in reference to the 10 penalties called against the Steelers, which cost them 89 yards as well as Diontae Johnson’s 81-yard punt return touchdown. Johnson's scamper was negated by Cam Sutton’s block in the back.
A few flags against the Steelers were ticky-tack. Most were not. The one against Sutton was not.
But what’s the difference? You won. So shut up. Enjoy the result.
Going on Twitter 30 minutes after a victory to bitch like a baby about officiating is all too typical of the Steelers in 2020.
