New single “Shot in the Dark” drops tomorrow. New album PWR UP comes out next month.
Music isn’t really a singles/album business anymore, but AC/DC are endearingly old school. To that end, the lineup for PWR UP is the classic “Back in Black” alignment minus late, great rhythm guitarist Malcolm Young, whose ideas are present via riffs previously taped.
Angus Young, Brian Johnson, Cliff Williams, Phil Rudd and Stevie Young: If the teasers below are any indication, PWR UP will provide the “classic” in classic rock.
The Axl Rose quick fix was OK. But this is the real AC/DC.
