After talking about it for years,The Offspring claim that their new album's done and will be out this year.
Frontman Dexter Holland says in his band's Twitter video,"It’s finished, it’s done, it’s in the can as they say. We’ve got songs, we’ve got titles, we’ve got a label... We’ve got an album title, we’ve got a cover, we’ve got artwork and stuff. It’s ready to go. We’re putting this out."
Kevin "Noodles" Wasserman jokes in the video that since Holland's saying its done people will be more inclined to believe it -- since he's siked them out about the album for years. The pair added that they do have a release date for the first single and the album but "we're going to talk about that when the label tells us."
The last Offspring album was Days Go By in 2012.
