Blink-182 mainman Mark Hoppus is not feeling his neighbor's landscaping style, and he wants them to cut or remove a tree he says is blocking the view from his Beverly Hills home.
TMZ reports that Mark and his wife Skye are suing the next-door neighbor as part of a longstanding dispute involving pine trees planted near the property line. Hoppus's suit says the woman is violating an agreement hammered out many years ago by the city planning commission, requiring her to keep the trees trimmed below 15 feet in height.
He's asking for an injunction to force his neighbor trim the trees, and he wants monetary damages for the suffering he's endured by losing his view.
